Our client sought to review their implementation approach and expand the value proposition to inform the strategic direction. 

Our approach

SMR Health & Tech undertook a review of the customer sales & marketing approach and documentation to advise on narrative, engagement, strategy and opportunities. Initial engagement focussed on sales approach: 

  • Clinical product and use case validation 

  • Evaluation of product demonstration and sales approach

  • Analytics and value to the NHS

  • Stakeholder approach

The second phase was concerned with guiding the implementation approach, post sales engagement strategies and an analysis of opportunities and threats. SMR provided detailed recommendations around clinical input, messaging, stakeholder/user engagement and strategies to extend product and market reach.

The impact

The business changed their tone and messaging to better fit the NHS market. They were able to gain more traction and have seen an improved market position.
