Advising a large multinational healthcare imaging supplier on a sales pitch and bid proposal
The brief
Agfa HealthCare were looking to optimise the narrative and effectiveness of their sales pitch and engaged with South Manchester Radiology to enable an objective review of the demonstration performance and bid proposal in a new territory for the UK business.
Our approach
SMR took part in a virtual demonstration and offered detailed feedback around product functionality and clarity of the pitch. The evaluation team scored against predefined criteria for two customer profiles, providing detailed feedback and recommendations on content and clarity and advising on how to elevate their pitch and improve audience response.

The Agfa team were able to find clarity in their USPs, and to identify opportunities to highlight areas of strength within the sales approach.
